Jalopy Music Packs — Sound License
Version 1.0 · 29 September 2026

This license covers the sounds supplied with your purchase. It is a one-time,
non-exclusive license for the individual purchaser, with no per-use royalties
or required attribution.

You may copy the sounds to devices you own or control, edit and combine them,
and use them in unlimited personal or commercial finished works: music,
recordings, performances, films, videos, games, podcasts and client productions.
You and your collaborators or clients may distribute, sell, stream, broadcast
and perform those finished works worldwide. You keep your rights in your own
contributions. No subscription or further payment is required for these uses.

You may share sounds and project files privately with collaborators only as
needed for your projects. They may work on and retain archives of those projects,
but may not reuse the supplied sounds independently, build a shared sample
collection from them, or pass them to others. Each independent user needs their
own license. You may keep reasonable backup copies.

You may not redistribute, share, sell or sublicense the supplied sounds as
standalone files, sample packs, sound libraries, sampler instruments or other
products whose principal purpose is to supply reusable sounds. This restriction
also covers modified, layered, repitched or reformatted versions offered for
that purpose. It does not prohibit the finished works permitted above.

The sounds are non-exclusive. Neither this license nor a purchase gives you
exclusive rights to any supplied sound, timbre, note, chord or technique. Do not
use copyright claims or automated rights-management systems to prevent other
customers' lawful use of the same sounds. No right to imply Jalopy Music's
endorsement or to take ownership of its branding is granted.

Request a refund through https://jalopy.music/guarantee or contact
hello@jalopy.music with your purchase details. After a refund, stop making new
uses of the pack and remove its standalone copies. Finished works lawfully
released before the refund may remain distributed under this license.

The sounds are supplied as is, except for promises and remedies that applicable
law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, our liability
is limited to the price you paid for the pack. Nothing in this license limits
mandatory consumer rights or remedies. It does not impose software activation
or a three-computer limit on audio files.

For these sounds, this pack-specific license governs over conflicting general
